No. Tomaru Hosono is a self check-in property. There is no on-site staff — the house is yours for the duration of your stay. All communication is handled via chat, and we respond promptly.チェックイン1週間前に事前フォームをお送りします。到着予定時刻・交通手段・アレルギー等をご記入いただいた後、キーボックスの場所・解錠コード・駐車場・館内説明書の場所をチャットにてご案内します。

Up to 8 guests. The property is rented exclusively — no other guests share the house. Well-suited for groups, families, and multigenerational travel.宿泊料金に食事は含まれていません。細野の農家レストラン「蔵」（完全予約制）のご予約を代行することが可能です。体験パッケージには、該当する回のランチが含まれます。
Accommodation does not include meals. We can arrange a reservation at the farm restaurant "Kura" on your behalf. Experience packages include lunch where noted.

最寄り駅は大石田駅（JR奥羽本線）です。東京から山形新幹線で約3時間、仙台から奥羽本線で約1.5時間。駅からTomaru細野まではタクシーで約40分です。タクシー会社については、予約時にご案内します。
The nearest station is Oishida (JR Ou Line) — approx. 3 hrs from Tokyo via Shinkansen, 1.5 hrs from Sendai. Taxi from Oishida to Tomaru Hosono is approx. 40 minutes. We provide taxi contacts at booking.12月〜3月は細野周辺に大雪が降ります。レンタカーをご利用の場合は、4WD・スタッドレスタイヤ装備の車両をお選びください。タクシーでのアクセスもおすすめです。交通手段については予約時に詳しくご案内します。
December through March brings significant snow. If renting a car, choose a 4WD vehicle with winter tires. Taxi is a reliable alternative. We advise on transport arrangements at booking.車またはタクシーで約20分です。銀山温泉への日帰り訪問も可能で、夕方に戻ってTomaru細野の静けさを楽しむゲストも多くいらっしゃいます。

Yes. English support is included for all experiences. Events are conducted in Japanese, but we handle all pre-event communication, registration, and on-site guidance in English.各イベントには申込締切（2〜3週間前）があります。海外からのゲストの多くは3〜6ヶ月前に旅程を組まれるため、宿泊予約のタイミングでご希望のイベントをお伝えください。早めのご連絡で、確実に申込締切に間に合うようにコーディネートします。
Events have registration deadlines 2–3 weeks before the date. Since international guests often plan 3–6 months ahead, let us know your preferred events at the time of booking. We will coordinate to ensure the deadline is met.Feel free to reach out — we typically respond within 24 hours.
